CC: I’m inmy 15th year of business coaching and training and have workedwith hundreds of businesses. Before coaching I was a bit of a serial entrepreneur having run several businesses in a variety of industries. JF: I have 20+ years of experience as an executive and business coach, with close to 20 years of experience prior to that in manufacturing leadership roles. Today, Executive Power works with leadership teams to help them release the power within their organizations. My first publication also just came out, “Building an A-Player Culture.” SM: Early on, I was amarketer, learning the skills of language and persuasion. When I had the privilege of leading a successful turnaround of a failingmarketing division within a privately held company, I thought perhaps I could help other organizations with what I had learned. I have since traveled globally, learned fromhundreds of clients, and foundways to sustainmyself as an independent practitioner. The key to all of this: continual learning. KM: I spent 29 years in the corporate world in leadership development, continuous improvement, coaching and client service before choosing to followmy heart. Today, I own CHOICES Coaching & Consulting and focus on life/ leader coaching, organization development work and public speaking. PROVIDE A BRIEF DESCRIPTIONOFYOUR SESSION. CC: I follow the process of“humane presentations.” This means rather than having to listen tome talk for the entire session, participants are encouraged to join the discussion. I deliver an idea and then have the cohort discuss the topic in small groups. I find people learn as much fromeach other as they do fromme. JF: DISC Behavioral Assessment is the foundational first class of LWC.We help participants understand themselves at a deeper level froma behavioral habits standpoint.
