In this session, we take a look at high points and low points of our lives so far, extracting fromkey events the things that shape us as leaders. This introspection and reflection opens us up to the stories of others and provides a basis for understanding differences. KM: CoreMining is a growth camp that focuses on the core of you – your values. Your values are constructed over time by the people and places around you. They change based on phases of life and your experiences in life. You would not think to build a house without a foundation.Why then do you go through the motions, every day, with a lack of clarity of the core of you? WHATWOULDYOUR ADVICE BETO SOMEONE INTERESTED IN LWC? CC: Somuch of leadership is about your thinking and outlook on life.We invest time on what’s happening between your ears. It’s a challenge to hold themirror up to yourself and it is also rewarding for those who are willing to do so.
