WhenWhite House of Music started in 1953 we were known asWaukesha's communitymusic store. Now, due to a continued focus on growth, we are a part of numerous communities. Whether you live inWaukesha, Watertown,West Bend,Wauwatosa, Germantown, or any of the surrounding communities,White House of Music has become a household name. This is in large part due to our school relationships and commitment to the community, something the first generation of theWhite family started years ago and continues today. We have a dedicated crew of School Service professionals who visit hundreds of schools each week. We work to support school music teachers and students alike through our instrument rental program, our School Store providing the supplies each teacher wants for their students and professional repairs for instruments to keep them in top playing condition, often including pickup and delivery. In addition, we support themusic educators in our community with a vast array of critical sources on teaching techniques for remote learning, newmethods and products to keep our students safe. Also included are legal, government and health related article links to help each teacher and administrator stay fully informed and make the best decisions for both the education and safety of all students. Our Educators Resource Page was recently recognizedwith a national award recognizing top practices in music stores. We continue our community commitment through the personal service we provide in each of our five stores. Our store staff is focused on serving the needs of each individual aspiringmusicians. We helpwith the supplies and print music they need to support their school activities. If it’s time to buy an instrument we take the time to get to know themusician and their parents to help them choose the right instrument to carry their musical journey forward. We also have a staff of professional instrument teachers to help each student learn their chosen instrument the right way. It doesn’t matter if the student is four years old or 84 years old, each receives the personal one-on-one attention they deserve to get themost enjoyment out of playing music. Our mission is Music for Life! White House of Music was started by music educators whosemission was to get students of all ages playing a musical instrument.
