Some of the most meaningful moments in my life and greatest friendships were created by giving back and supporting my community. In your opinion, what makes a great leader? Great leaders inspire others by sharing their passion, being willing to take risks, and always being ready to serve others. Favorite movie or book: My favorite book is “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek. I am a movie buff and love the original Star Wars movies and any comedies. Something unique about you: Even though I am introverted I enjoy the challenge of speaking and inspiring others. What was your first job? I grew up in the building industry and the company started in our basement so my first job was sweeping out new construction home sites. Hometown: Brookfield, WI - today. If you could tell someone why it’s important to be involved in the community in one sentence, what would you say? “Winning at life”means not only realizing your personal goals but enabling those of others through sharing your time, talent, or resources. In your opinion, what makes a great leader? Willingness to listen, problem solving skills, and ability to connect with others in a way that inspires them to move forward. Favorite movie or book: “I Want to Go Home” by Gordon Korman. Something unique about you: I love the feeling of creating something – whether that being a technical solution for an MR scanner, the “ah-ha”moment for a 4th grader learning to code or build robots, or making a care package for the homeless.
