A: Allowing our customers to adapt their homes in order to remain there versus having to move into a facility is truly what drives us and keeps us going. Q: What has been the most surprsing part of the new business process? A: The overwhelming confirmation of need from businesses that focus on the individuals aging in place but do not tend to their homes from a maintenance perspective. Q: What is something you know now that you wish you would have known when you started? A: We’ve come to learn the Milwaukee market is sometimes a little adverse to change and new things. I think if we’d known that going into the launch we might have spent even more time right away on educating prospective customers about our business. Q: What is your favorite part about being a small business owner? A: My favorite part is being able to completely shape my day around our focus of helping people. While there are many other things to do as a business owner, being able to root myself in that core vision every day has been extremely rewarding.
